It Started With Chocolate, And Ended With Chocolate

This is the appetizer that started off girls night perfectly! Chocolate dipped bananas and strawberries. I simply couldn't eat enough of these.

Fresh out of the oven - Beef Wellington! This was absolutly amazing! I can't wait to make this for my husband, he will be extra happy he married me when I stick this on a plate and serve him.

Fresh greens - asparagus and green beans with a dip that was delish and had a bit of a kick to it.

This was dessert. Brownies that had peanut butter and coffee grounds in them and served with vanilla ice cream, wow! This was so what every woman should have hidden somewhere in the cupboard. I'm still enjoying some of the leftovers from this.

So all in all, girls night was another success. Chocolate, meat, and wine...I simply don't know what else I could ask for. I get to get out of the house for a night and eat like this? Awesome!
