Roast Me A Roast For The Sunshine

And into the oven we go. Served over mashed potatoes and bread. This roast cooked a bit faster than I wanted it too. I had to turn the over down to 300 after 45 minutes. It still cooked fast and I ended up keeping it warm til' we were ready for dinner. I picked up his grandmother Martha for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed yesturdays beautiful weather. It sure was nice for a change to not have anything I had to do, or anywhere I needed to go. Save that for the rainy day, right? Today is that rainy day. Go figure!

I'm thinking a big pot of pasta for dinner maybe?

  2. Yes, it was nice to not really have to cook except for having to brown the meat.
